The freshness of the coffee beans once it hits the grinder allows me to enjoy the smell and the taste of homemade coffee. This was definitely one of the best gift. My husband could’ve gotten me.

Definitely a learning curve if you are a beginner. The milk frother doesn’t work as well as we imagined. We hoped it would start functioning a bit better after a year of use but we were wrong.

After using for 2 weeks, and learning how to work it, she finally perfected the vanilla latte she loves. Says it tastes just like theirs. She loves the machine and said it’s the best gift ever! Cannot wait to get up in the morning and make some.

I ordered a De'Longhi Espresso Machine and, after waiting several days for the merchandise to arrive, I contacted Best Buy to report that I had not received my order. The customer service representative checked the status with the courier and informed me that the merchandise had been marked as delivered. Despite explaining that I had not received the order, the representative offered a full refund, assuring me it would be processed within three business days. I waited patiently, but to my dismay, not only did I not receive the refund, but I also found a charge for the merchandise on my credit card for an item that was never delivered to me. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Best Buy's handling of this situation has been deeply disappointing, and I am now left without my ordered product and an unjust charge on my credit card. I expected much better service and accountability from such a reputable company. I urge Best Buy to address this issue promptly and ensure that this does not happen to other customers. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same.
