Always wanted an Expresso Machine. This one had all the bells and whistles and has been a great buy. Some learning experience is required.

- Review for Best Buy Online Purchase - Extremely Dissatisfied - I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent online purchase from Best Buy on 04/17/2024. I ordered a De'Longhi Espresso Machine and, after waiting several days for the merchandise to arrive, I contacted Best Buy to report that I had not received my order. The customer service representative checked the status with the courier and informed me that the merchandise had been marked as delivered. Despite explaining that I had not received the order, the representative offered a full refund, assuring me it would be processed within three business days. I waited patiently, but to my dismay, not only did I not receive the refund, but I also found a charge for the merchandise on my credit card for an item that was never delivered to me. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Best Buy's handling of this situation has been deeply disappointing, and I am now left without my ordered product and an unjust charge on my credit card. I expected much better service and accountability from such a reputable company. I urge Best Buy to address this issue promptly and ensure that this does not happen to other customers. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same.

satisfied with the machine. The only problem we had, its to set up the machine. No one in bestbuy could help us. but, finally , we made it with help.

My 3rd espresso machine and is the best ever. The built in bean grinder exceeded my expectations and saves counter space!!

It didn’t last me too long but the service at Best Buy was amazing

Awesome, powerful steam and easy to use. Great espresso and the built-in grinder is every bit as good as my stainless steel stand alone.

Cool little espresso machine for the house. It's does it all from fresh ground espresso to frothing your milk... It's worth every penny

Amazing. But theres no filtration of the water resevoir and the space underneath isnt big enough for a large mug. For example if i want a double shot americano to make a capuchino, i can't without moving both trays. Other then that its amazing.

This is an excellent espresso maker but it takes time for the whole process. Definitely worth the spend if you enjoy espresso at home.

I have had other Expresso machines. This one has the best flavor I’ve had from a home machine. As good as any gourmet coffee shop

I love waking up and making my own espresso! It fills the house with that coffee shop smell that I love!

Overall it's not bad. However the manual one I currently have that is the same brand and is not automatic 1,2 3 cups foams the coffee much better. We also noticed it made the coffee taste much more bitter.

I love it and let’s just say I don’t even go to Starbucks or coffee bean I love my coffee at home love it!!

Not really cheap but for the features and comparing to maybe a Breville or other brands it is worth the price.

Great machine we bought on sale and my wife uses this everyday. Good investmet if your into coffee.
