It has recently after owning it for 7 months started leaking and having issues producing the correct amount of ground espresso as well as shots for my drinks. Before you ask, yes we descale it every time it’s needed and only use filtered or distilled water in the machine. Never tap. It has recently started leaking from the back of the machine and as titans plus members I figured we would have better customer service in getting repaired or replaced but right now as I type I’m on hold again trying to get the issue resolved.
