    We upgraded from a smaller DeLonghi model while using our accumulated Best Buy points towards the cost of the machine. The difference is actually night and day on using pre ground vs freshly ground beans. As expected, right? The machine runs quite well, a few different pour types available, we commonly use the americano setting them use the wand to steam some milk for lattes

    Staff were very helpful as well as patient , even when I took my time to measure item with actual measuring tape and FaceTime my wife to do the same for our counter space(lol) to be sure it’ll fit. Definitely revisiting for future purchases! We’ve been making baristas level coffee ever since!

    I’m pretty new to the espresso game and all the videos I watched talk about ratios. If you’re trying to get super dialed this might not be for you. As a casual coffee guy this was perfect though. Does everything I need it to.
