This coffee maker makes a great cup of coffee. The frother is great when you make lattes too.

Was uncertain about this coffee maker when purchased. We looked at a lot of reviews and compared to other units in the same price range. We have been very happy with coffee, latte and cappuccino’s that it’s made!

This machine replaced a Nespresso pod coffee maker and has been absolutely amazing. It's simple to use, reliable, and either the espresso drinks or coffee are great. Highly recommend!

I've had mine for about 5 months now. Still makes tasty coffee quickly (2 stars), but I wish I had just gotten a regular, manual espresso machine. The Magnifica requires maintenance and cleaning at daily, weekly, and monthly intervals. Some of my complaints: - Coffee grounds build up inside the machine where it's difficult and dangerous to clean them out. This is causing all the different removable parts to just not fit together as easily, and this is getting worse each day. - The water reservoir is very small and you'll have to refill it every day. after just a few months, the container doesn't slide back in properly and never feels like it's seated correctly. - The catch for the used coffee needs to be emptied several times a week depending on how much you use it. - Needs to be descaled monthly - Water filter needs to be replace every few months depending on the hardness of your water. However, the filter is optional if you've got good water from somewhere else - The machine auto shuts down way too soon. seems that exactly when i finish my first cup and get up to get a second, it's shutting down, then I have to go through the start up procedure over again. - Milk frother doesn't make the foamiest of milk, and you have to completely disassemble it in order to clean it every time or else you get soiled milk inside it. - Descaling process is not clearly explained, had to look up a youtube video - Waaaay too expensive for the amount of work you have to put into it and it only gives you a few options. - The touch pad buttons suck, very easy to accidentally push the wrong button. - I just don't feel like it will last much longer :(

Love this easy clean up one touch machine. Do not expect the milk frothing part to be perfect and you will not be disappointed.

I've had this machine now for 13 months and my biggest complaint is the temperature- or lack thereof. I wish I could adjust the temperature to make the coffee hotter. I've always had to warm up my brewed beverages in the microwave. My Mom stopped using it and went back to Keurig. I will look to upgrade for that simple fact (not hot enough). I sometimes have to "pre-warm" the milk. :( For the price... I shouldn't have to do any of that.

THIS IS ONE OF THE OUTSTANDING COFFEES AND ESPRESSO I HAVE EVER HAD. FOR THE LAST 30 YEARS I HAVE PURCHASED DE LONGHI COFFEE AND ESPRESSO MACHINES EACH ONE LASTING 10 YEARS OR MORE

Loved the machine so many perks of it. The only issue I could say is I wish there was a button only to froth milk but the grinder and everything else works great.

Almost ready to use right out of the box. This is our third fully automatic espresso maker. Easiest, quietest, best so far.

Coffee is very good. I had little problem with setting but now everything is fine

Started acting up less than a year in… if I select a drink sometimes it won’t do anything, then other times it will only pour milk and no coffee. The taste of the espresso itself really isn’t that good for how much this machine costs. Other than the convenience and ease of just pressing a button it’s just not that great tasting. I will say though, that the milk does froth up pretty good over other machines

Its a good coffee maker, i suggest that you look at the youtube videos that demo the machine, it really helps. It took me several tries to grind the perfect cup by adjusting the settings but when it worked, its a joyous cup of Joe!

Amazing machine! Makes excellent espresso's and cappuccino's

It is a bit loud and you will have to adjust the settings for quantity control, other than that, i love it!
