Following all the trouble-shooting guides doesn't resolve. Unplug, wait a day, then it will work again for a couple days before faulting again.

Took a little while to set up and learn settings but very easy to follow user manual

Makes great coffee every time and the preset options are customizable and very convenient.

It does take some adjustments to get the strength and consistency that you prefer. Easy to clean. Overall happy with this product.
