    The coffe machine shutdown to soon if you want to make more coffe usually needs to start again and uses a lot of water because every time you turned on rinses out and when it turns off rinses again.

      Hi,

      The Magnifica Evo is equipped with Energy Saving features that cause the machine to shut down after 15 minutes; you can always disable this feature in the settings menu. The rinsing feature is designed so that you always have a fresh tasting cup of coffee every single time; this setting can not be disabled. We design our units with the customer in mind, but we understand some features may not be ideal to all.

    System did not program correctly. I attempted for a couple of days. Latte milk frother great, but machine would not make a latte, nor a cup of regular coffee. It only wanted to make an espresso. I returned item. Very disappointing.

    Lot of issues and turn on error lights many time

    It’s good machine but it has a lot issues and after 4 or 5 coffee cup error light illuminated Also milk jar hasn’t fit and must try 2 or 3 times to fit it

    I want to love this machine, and I do when it works, but it is inconsistent and temperamental. Perhaps this is a known quantity and explains the sale price. I would not recommend purchasing it.

    Not a very good product. Mine broke in three days. You cannot change the size of the drink. Would not recommend. Spend a little more and get the Rivelia.

    Awful design, infuser gets stuck

    Excellent coffee, but awful design of key parts. The infuser gets stuck often and almost impossible to extract. Whoever designed it should be fired. I am returning the machine, totally disappointed with the DeLonghi quality.

    Totally worth it if you like espresso drinks

    If you buy quality beans the drinks will taste better than Starbucks. I used to buy a grande americano for $3.75 everyday and have to stop to pick it up everyday on my way to work. Now i just make myself the same drink at home and save myself the trip and extra money. This machine will pay for itself after I’ve drank 215 homemade americanos haha. It’s a pretty big investment intially at $800 but it will pay for itself in the long run.

    Overall is a good - giving it 3 star because of the coffee option - very watery not good quality coffee

    First was impressed and then in two weeks stop working and coffee beans start to stuck inside

    Cannot recommend this machine

    I was looking for a fully automatic espresso machine with a milk frother. The DeLonghi was on sale, so I went with it over the Phillips. I bought my machine in July 2023 and by September I was having to send the entire machine to DeLonghi to get the milk frother serviced. At times the milk frother will spit and spew steam and no milk comes out. In September when I sent it in the machine wouldn’t register that the milk frother was attached, but it would register the hot water attachment. DeLonghi’s ticket system is extremely slow, and each response from them takes DAYS.

    Disappointed overall. Froth container has already cracked after minimal usage. Indicator lights for all the functions are not very intuitive. Clunky machine overall.
