This is a very good machine. I had a $3000 jura years ago. Although i missed having a really good coffee maker again, I was determined to not spend that much again. For under $1000 this works beautifully and delivers wonderful coffee. And. I love that it fits into my small area for coffee.I have no complaints. I recommend this.

Delonghi makes great coffee. At this point we’re saving money. We haven’t gone to a cafe/barista since we got the machine. I wish the bean hopper was bigger, but that’s a minor thing. The hardest part was learning to clean it. But once you’ve done it a few times it’s not so bad. If you’re looking for a fully automated machine that lasts, bean to cup, where cleanup is easy, and tastes great every morning. This is the one. The price is worth it. Delonghi is also great at customer service and help make sure you get your bean selection right and get your Java tasting the way you want it. A few minor tweaks when starting out. But once you get it dialed in it’s as consistent as the type of bean you feed it.

I absolutely love this machine! It's super easy to use. I actually like it better than the more expensive version that my parents have because I feel like these icons are more user friendly. I highly recommend keeping a jar/cup/mug underneath before and after you make drinks so when it self cleans you can empty that and not constantly worry about the drip tray. I use almond milk, and it still froths almond milk really well which is much harder than whole milk.

We've had this machine for 2 days shy of a year. It is a great super automatic coffee machine, reliable and produces great foam. It is also easy to clean and maintain. It does sometimes struggle with oat milk as the opacity does not properly register with the built in camera but it's nothing that can't be fixed by puting a paper towel between the steaming carafe and the camera.

We are coffee aficionados. My wife worked for Starbucks for 21 years and I used to sell coffee makers at Sur La Table. WE LOVE THIS MACHINE. Its ease of operation and the quality of the results are everything we hoped for. I knew the De Longhi name and it has proved to be as dependable as I expected. I expected to have to buy a Jura to be happy. This machine is just as good at half the price.

I bought this about a year ago, and I wanted to wait before reviewing to see how it would really hold up , and I’m honestly impressed. I use it regularly, and it still works just as well as it did on day one. No loss of performance, no issues, just consistent results every time. That’s rare these days. What I appreciate most is how much it simplified my routine. It saves me time, it’s easy to use, and it feels like a product that was actually designed to last ,not something you’ll need to replace in a few months. After a full year of use, I can confidently say this was worth every penny. I would absolutely buy it again.

This was purchased two weeks ago, and we are having a wonderful experience with the coffee. The simplicity of it makes it easy to use and refining to the way your taste are is very simplistic. I read the lower ratings and did not find this to have any of the issues they claim. If you purchased this machine and are expecting high-end results, then you will always be disappointed. But if you just want a good coffee machine that can either make your lattes, espresso, iced coffees, or just a plain cup of coffee, then this machine is very easy to use easy to clean and keeping in good shape.

Great product! We’ve had manual espresso machines before and they were a mess I never could get a consistent brew, probably from my own inexperience. But this brews a great espresso and milk frother is even better than expected. I got it for a great price <$600. Haven’t brewed a pot of drip coffee since we got it.

I’m so happy not to be buying k cups anymore! The coffee is delicious. It took a couple of tries to find our perfect grind, but it was worth it. We had an older style Magnifica for the past ten years so we were use to a great cup of coffee. Wanted to cry when it “expired “. Tried k cup coffee until this went on sale. So happy now!

Really good machine for the price point. Easy to clean, can brew by grinding beans or adding preground coffee to a separate compartment. The brewing unit is a little low for today’s “yeti” type of mugs to fit under. The water compartment is a bit small and requires daily refills, but overall a really good machine for the price point.

I was always used to drip coffee then I moved to pods. But since I experienced the fresh ground beans, I was looking for a fully automatic coffee maker that would allow me to make different coffees. I decided on this one because of the features the ease of use and cleaning. I could not be happer with the product. The Best Buy sale price was great and the easy online order and pick up at the local store was a great experience.

Love making the automatic coffees with the push buttons and have started trying some more advanced recipes- and that makes the EVO even better! One complaint - the milk frother was not working but I found a fix on the internet - place a white napkin over the sensor when using milk and it has been working like a charm ever since. If you like coffee drinks I think you would enjoy this. Before I made my purchase I checked on many different brands and this kept getting great reviews

We are really loving our new coffee maker. Having freshly ground beans really adds to the coffee drinking experience. We also love the variety of drink options. The water tank could be a bit bigger, otherwise no complaints.

Great machine! Real european coffee, real espresso. I bought a Philips 4400 and a Terra Kaffe and this machine, while more basic level (no fancy touchscreens) has the real know-how to all the coffee mechanics! Great coffee taste, great milk foam, great quality beverages.
