    First was impressed and then in two weeks stop working and coffee beans start to stuck inside

    Lot of issues and turn on error lights many time

    It’s good machine but it has a lot issues and after 4 or 5 coffee cup error light illuminated Also milk jar hasn’t fit and must try 2 or 3 times to fit it

    Didnt get hot enough and the hot water button had pouring problems. The compacting power for the pucks was not good.

    Excellent coffee, but awful design of key parts. The infuser gets stuck often and almost impossible to extract. Whoever designed it should be fired. I am returning the machine, totally disappointed with the DeLonghi quality.

    Overall is a good - giving it 3 star because of the coffee option - very watery not good quality coffee

    Totally worth it if you like espresso drinks

    If you buy quality beans the drinks will taste better than Starbucks. I used to buy a grande americano for $3.75 everyday and have to stop to pick it up everyday on my way to work. Now i just make myself the same drink at home and save myself the trip and extra money. This machine will pay for itself after I’ve drank 215 homemade americanos haha. It’s a pretty big investment intially at $800 but it will pay for itself in the long run.

    it is the worst coffee machine I've ever had. Even the coffee machine that I bought from temu for $30 was better than this.

    Disappointed overall. Froth container has already cracked after minimal usage. Indicator lights for all the functions are not very intuitive. Clunky machine overall.

    Cannot recommend this machine

    I was looking for a fully automatic espresso machine with a milk frother. The DeLonghi was on sale, so I went with it over the Phillips. I bought my machine in July 2023 and by September I was having to send the entire machine to DeLonghi to get the milk frother serviced. At times the milk frother will spit and spew steam and no milk comes out. In September when I sent it in the machine wouldn’t register that the milk frother was attached, but it would register the hot water attachment. DeLonghi’s ticket system is extremely slow, and each response from them takes DAYS.

    I've had this machine for a little over a month. I read reviews with a lot of others saying that they had issues with the machine. Well, I should've paid more attention. The machine is dead saying no water pressure but will pour water. After an extremely aggravating phone call with customer service they will send me return shipping directions in 3-5 days. I will not have this machine for a party that I've bragged about making espresso martini's. Very disappointed. I'm giving this a very harsh review based off how quick it broke and the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

    I wanted to love this machine but the ease of use just wasn’t there along with the milk froth system stopped working after two drinks. The instruction manual wasn’t even inline with the buttons on the machine, it was all confusing and definitely not user friendly in my opinion. I returned and exchanged for the Philips 4400 LatteGo machine and this is what the De'Longhi should have been.

    They’re selling broken coffee machines, this machine is not able to grind coffee beans but Best Buy is refusing to exchange it. Will never come back to Best Buy as a customer
