    the machine is noisy. if I make a coffee in morning, I will affect my famliy. the setting is difficult

    Horrible machine

    I honestly have no idea where the good reviews are coming from. This machine is by far the worst thing I’ve ever had to deal with. It takes forever to brew a cup because you’re constantly fighting with it to not give you a caution symbol, and yes we read the instructions through and through. We’ve managed to get a total of 2 cups of coffee out of about the 20 times we’ve tried. We’ve wasted an entire bag of coffee because it will just froth the milk then not brew the coffee suddenly. Everything is cleaned out and we’re doing everything the same as when we were successful before. It’s just far more trouble than it’s worth for a single cup of coffee. I like to think I can make a quick brew in the morning but I’ve spent 30 mins trying to get it to brew. The price point is also WAY off for a machine like this. Not sure if we just got a faulty one, but this will be returned.

    Delonghi Horrible service

    Great machine, i realized the milk carafe was cracked. I reached out to Delonghi and they have HORRIBLE customer service. So this is an indictemwnt of Delonghi and not best buy. It was beyond 14 days so coudnt bring it all back and whose gonna lug whole thing back for a small plastic piece.. (I didnt try using the milk carafe until late)

    Stay Away from De’Longhi

    To be clear this is not a review of Best Buy, but this product by De-Longhi. Best Buy has always been great. I wish I could rate De-Longhi zero starts, but one will do. Stay away if you have any concerns about having customer service that cares about you (with De-Longhi that is). Created a ticket there with no response, tried again same thing. Finally called, but then had to wait on HOLD to get any help. Product has annoying issues. I like a full cup of coffee for instance. With this, even after following the directions to tweak the settings to increase the amount, the hard limit for the maximum amount of water to use is still rather low and I have to basically do extra steps after to get a full cup (dilute with water, run it twice, etc). Super annoying.
