I am definitely not a coffee or espresso aficionado. This machine is easy to use!!! Between having four different profiles, many different choices of milk or non-milk drinks, and being automatic, this machine is amazing!!!

Easy to setup and use. Lots of drink options. Wish the lid on the milk container would lock.

Very good super automatic espresso machine. There are a few quirks, like not knowing if it has enough water to complete the selected drink - need to watch for that. But mostly is has been great. Had an issue with the screen/buttons - Best Buy Replaced under warranty hassle free.

Was apprehensive at first due the cost but 6 weeks in, I love it.

Excellent machine! Had to exchange the first one due to pump priming issues, BUT after setting up the second one (flawlessly!) discovered that I **MAY** have not gotten all the air out of the water hardness filter! Be SURE to do this step carefully. You actually have to get your hands into the water reservoir to submerge the filter until no more bubbles come out! Otherwise those bubbles could get sucked into the machine’s water line and if they lodge at a sensor could give false readings in the automated setup routine when it primes the pump!!

This machine meets and exceeds my expectations for good coffee!! The ability to make different coffees and have them all customized to our liking is amazing. Remember, good coffee starts with good beans.

For all the research and the money I spent on this, it is okay, not great. I keep thinking about returning it before the period ends. The expresso drinks do not seem right, the expresso takes forever to come out and it's not hot, the inside where the expresso comes out is wet and I am not sure why. The milk container does not seem to fit right. I am so torn because while the Phillips did not last long it made better coffee. I am really disappointed for all of the money I spent.

One of the easiest ways to make coffee. It was a little intimidating at first but the touchscreen interface was easy to understand.

I purchased this machine as my first fully automated machine and have no regrets. The brew menu is expansive and split between milk and non milk based drinks. What I love the most is the ability to automatically foam milk for cappuccino which saves me time if having to do myself. Highly recommend!

Excellent and beautiful maquina Express and good quality

It brews a good coffee and the milk system is really good. However, mine stopped brewing coffee after one month. Just few drops were coming out. I did all the steps the manual recommends but they didn’t work. Called DeLonghi customer service, they troubleshooted the Magnifica through a video call. Nothing. They told to descaling. They sent me an email asking if this had solved the problem. I replied that it did not work that I was waiting for instructions. No answer. I called them again asking for the next steps. They told me it will take 3 to 5 days to receive the authorization to return it to DeLonghi for repair. I send a second email to follow up. No answer. Customer service is not good and apparently the coffe machine is not so good either.

So far this was the better quality of fully automated cappuccino maker. Pros: fully automatic good frother adjustable strength options multi user settings Cons: the grinded coffee intake doesn't work properly no alternate coffee types - you have to use one till you done to switch to other type
