The machine degraded quickly. It gave me a descale warning after a few months; descaling takes 30-45 minutes of actively monitoring and interacting with the machine. That's not an exaggeration. It also never cleared the error. And I do mean never, because about a year into owning this thing, after 5 more attempts at descaling, it decided to throw a new and interesting error and I finally returned it. I now have an espresso machine, and it's everything I wished this thing was.

I think this machine is easier to use then the other models

This has met my expectations for home expressos at a lower than drive thru cost. My wife bought this for me. We were picking up something else at Best Buy and it was on sale. Easy to use and clean. Quick start up and brew time. I would recommend.

The rotating water reservoir is a great convenience. The Aeroccino milk frother makes hot or cold frothed milk - great addition for your coffee or cappuccino. Well made unit and I like that it stores the used Vertuo pods in the machine and Nespresso has a free used pod recycling program.

The first unit I bought failed within a few weeks. Bestbuy exchanged it and the replacement has been working very well. The Pods are much more expensive then Keurig but if you want a very premium cup of coffee, it is well worth it.

I do agree with that. And also the brewed espresso is not as hot as it’s supposed to be. No it’s not just one of a thing! It’s the sentiment of most reviews. I do like the taste of nespresso vertuo coffee however I need to microwave for 10 sec

This nepresso machine is a joy to own. It's hands down a no brainer for coffee makers. My wife designated me the house brewmaster because of this machine lol. It's simple to setup and use. Buy your cups on Amazon and you'll be good to go. I love it and I think you will too.
