I love my nespresso machine best coffee and cappuccino ever

Works as advertised. Coffee pods are expensive, however, and there are no generics. Pods are hard to find locally-had to order on line. "Special Editions" are very limited; my favorite, Kona, is impossible to find. That said, Nespresso makes good coffee, but I wish more pods were available in the 14oz variety. Note that make-your-own pods are possible - see Amazon for $ saving tips. (Save your used pods.)

We love it no more Starbucks we used to buy it every other day thanks for this smart buy now we save money and we can make our drinks every day.

We absolutely love pur new nespresso machine. Works as expected and Best Buy had it on sale so it was time to take the plunge and get it and stop the trips to that one coffee shop.

I love this machine! The coffee is soo good! The milk frothier did stop working after 2 weeks , because of covid I was not able to return or exchange it because it was too late once the store opened which was a bummer but the coffee is well worth it

I bought this so I wouldn't have to clean my regular grind and brew machine, which I loved. So happy I did. This is so much better than Keurig. Every cup is frothy, and coffee has good flavor. Go have a sample in a Nespresso store at the mall.

It's amazing how well the VertuoPlus works, how frothy the expresso is, and how great it tastes. The bonus milk frother is a must. The only drawback is that the Vertuo capsules aren't available locally and have to be purchased online.

So far so good. Got this Black Friday week as an anniversary gift for my husband and he loves it! Makes great coffee and expresso. Pods are a bit expensive, but compared to Starbuck's - worth it.

Love this machine! The coffee is delicious. The only downside is that capsules are not as widely available for the vertuo line as they are for the original line.

Love my nespresso coffee maker! Makes good espresso. Not the same as espresso machine but good enough!

The quality of the machine is great, yields a perfect cup of coffee or espresso. The milk frother is easy to use and clean. Subtract one star for the complicated system of once you pierce a pod, you can't open up to see what you've loaded in because the piercing mechanism won't re-align when you close the lid again. If you didn't brew the coffee, the pod will just fall into the used pod canister. I'd say it happens once or twice a month where you just don't know whats loaded!

Purchased this for my wife for her birthday and she's been going to Starbucks a lot less! She gets excited everytime she uses it!
