We absolutely love pur new nespresso machine. Works as expected and Best Buy had it on sale so it was time to take the plunge and get it and stop the trips to that one coffee shop.

have been using the Nespresso VertuoPLus coffee maker everyday at home for about 2 months now. The Vanizio coffee is great and I planning on trying other flavors soon. I use the frother in every cup of coffee but you have to be careful cleaning it.

Love the coffee it makes! Comes with coffee samples so you can try them out! Only downfall is the Best Buy doesn’t carry the vertuo pods!be sure to purchase the pods that are specifically made for the vertuo line!

Great change up from my prior single serve. Enjoying trying all the flavor and strenght options. Easy to use, great.

Best tasting coffee ever. If you like dark flavorful coffee this is the purchase for you. I was hesitant because of the price but I'll trade these in any day over driving to an expensive coffee shop

Beat expresso machine I’ve ever had. I used to have the kuerig but didn’t really like the taste but after my wife bought the Nespresso, I was surprised with the smooth and savory taste.

Spectacular taste. Vertuo pods are not available at most places... but they are available... arrive quickly... from Nespresso. And they are much cheaper than going to Starbucks (and taste better)

Nespresso machine worked great for about 6 weeks. Coffee and Espresso from the machine are fantastic. However, after 6 weeks the machine started to leak water out of the front of the housing. Not the typical leak from the water tank as others report. It was too late to return to Best Buy, so I had to file a warranty claim with Nespresso. Nespresso said this is a common problem with this machine. They will not replace it with a new machine and will only attempt to repair it. I am now without my machine for 2 weeks while they repair it and send it back to me. Hopefully it will be fixed but I am setting my expectations very low and expect this won't be the last of my problems with a defective machine. I previously had a Keurig that lasted for 5 years with zero problems. Now I am stuck with a very expensive machine that broke after 6 weeks. Disappointed in Nespresso and very disappointed with Best Buy's extremely short return window (only 2 weeks?) for online purchases. I will think twice about purchasing online from best buy going forward.

This was the perfect wedding gift for our daughter! They absolutely love it and it works great!

This makes a decent cup of coffee, but clearly does not take Nespresso original capsules. The description is incorrect and I bought it thinking I could use the same ones as my office. It's inconvenient that I have to return it and I should have done outside research rather than blindly trusting.

I have never used a frother before--who knew I could! The only slightly negative note I will make is this: I was told that the cups would cost about $0.70 each. In fact, they are at least $1.00.

Works excellent. Make sure to buy more pods when you buy this we drank all our so quick!

Nespresso makes a special cup of coffee. It is easy to set up and use.

Expresso machine works great and was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She enjoys making expresso any time, which is a great advantage than going out to buy coffee.
