Great machine. I actually drink less coffee now using the Nespresso because it's so satisfying and rich. You're not limited to just espresso you can make regular coffee as well.

Great taste. But you do not find the coffee cups just in any store. Only target and also you can purchase dirrectly with nespresso. Cheaper and usually have promo codes and also 2 day free shipping.

Best tasting coffee ever. If you like dark flavorful coffee this is the purchase for you. I was hesitant because of the price but I'll trade these in any day over driving to an expensive coffee shop

Beat expresso machine I’ve ever had. I used to have the kuerig but didn’t really like the taste but after my wife bought the Nespresso, I was surprised with the smooth and savory taste.

Spectacular taste. Vertuo pods are not available at most places... but they are available... arrive quickly... from Nespresso. And they are much cheaper than going to Starbucks (and taste better)

Nespresso machine worked great for about 6 weeks. Coffee and Espresso from the machine are fantastic. However, after 6 weeks the machine started to leak water out of the front of the housing. Not the typical leak from the water tank as others report. It was too late to return to Best Buy, so I had to file a warranty claim with Nespresso. Nespresso said this is a common problem with this machine. They will not replace it with a new machine and will only attempt to repair it. I am now without my machine for 2 weeks while they repair it and send it back to me. Hopefully it will be fixed but I am setting my expectations very low and expect this won't be the last of my problems with a defective machine. I previously had a Keurig that lasted for 5 years with zero problems. Now I am stuck with a very expensive machine that broke after 6 weeks. Disappointed in Nespresso and very disappointed with Best Buy's extremely short return window (only 2 weeks?) for online purchases. I will think twice about purchasing online from best buy going forward.

I have never used a frother before--who knew I could! The only slightly negative note I will make is this: I was told that the cups would cost about $0.70 each. In fact, they are at least $1.00.

This makes a decent cup of coffee, but clearly does not take Nespresso original capsules. The description is incorrect and I bought it thinking I could use the same ones as my office. It's inconvenient that I have to return it and I should have done outside research rather than blindly trusting.

Expresso machine works great and was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She enjoys making expresso any time, which is a great advantage than going out to buy coffee.
