The machine doesn’t brew a hot enough drink. My Keurig makes hotter coffee than this thing does. There is no option to run a hot water brew to warm it up. Rather, you have to start a cleaning cycle then cancel it after it runs the first rinse-to “warm it up” so the coffee it brews is at least a little hot. For how much it costs, I would expect a rinse or hot water dispense option, and for it to brew hotter coffee/espresso. The pods are pricey and you can only get them from Nespresso but I already knew that when I bought it. The aerocino works fine but I don’t use it often.

The description is incorrect and I bought it thinking I could use the same ones as my office. It's inconvenient that I have to return it and I should have done outside research rather than blindly trusting.

Great Coffee - Defective Machine
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nespresso machine worked great for about 6 weeks. Coffee and Espresso from the machine are fantastic. However, after 6 weeks the machine started to leak water out of the front of the housing. Not the typical leak from the water tank as others report. It was too late to return to Best Buy, so I had to file a warranty claim with Nespresso. Nespresso said this is a common problem with this machine. They will not replace it with a new machine and will only attempt to repair it. I am now without my machine for 2 weeks while they repair it and send it back to me. Hopefully it will be fixed but I am setting my expectations very low and expect this won't be the last of my problems with a defective machine. I previously had a Keurig that lasted for 5 years with zero problems. Now I am stuck with a very expensive machine that broke after 6 weeks. Disappointed in Nespresso and very disappointed with Best Buy's extremely short return window (only 2 weeks?) for online purchases. I will think twice about purchasing online from best buy going forward.

A Great Coffee Machine

The only slightly negative note I will make is this: I was told that the cups would cost about $0.70 each. In fact, they are at least $1.00.

Yea coffeee

What was disappointing was that this pricey machine lasted me almost a year . Than it starts to stop working when it feels like it. I than have to unplug it wait a few hours and pray it feels like starting up again. Other than that this is my go to coffee if I want a real strong start to my day
