WRONG! After about a month of great tasting fuss free coffee, the unit started leaking. Contacted support and they told me to use a paper clip to unclog the hole next to the coffee spout. Diod that and still leaks. DON"T PURCHASE!

I read much reviews about keurig and nespresso and no fight that nespresso had better overall. However, it does friend on what you are looking for. I suggest that you give this machine a try if you consider it at a choice. The water takes about 10 seconds or less to hear up since the moment I turn the machine on. Super fast. Love it! Period
