Like the way the water is stored... you can see you need more and it is easy to remove - fill - replace. Only problem is getting more coffee.

I'm still working through the different pods to determine which I like best. The only concern is a small amount of dripping when the cup is done. I'm not sure if this is normal but it doesn't affect the cup.

I read much reviews about keurig and nespresso and no fight that nespresso had better overall. However, it does friend on what you are looking for. I suggest that you give this machine a try if you consider it at a choice. The water takes about 10 seconds or less to hear up since the moment I turn the machine on. Super fast. Love it! Period
