How to use YouTube videos are way better. Coffee variety is very good and tasty. A must have

This machine has been excellent! It is saved me so much money to make copycat white chocolate mocha‘s instead of going to Starbucks every day.

We like it so much we wanted to gift it to friends & family. 5 stars for the product itself! As for shipping, 1 star. The delivery time was decent, but the WAY it was shipped was horrible. It was not double boxed, so the item's actual box was sent through the mail unprotected. The shipping label was practically glued onto the box and impossible to remove without tearing the picture on the box. The picture on the box was scratched and the corners were dented/crinkled. This was certainly not in any condition to be gifted, not to mention if any damage was sustained. We ended up returning it and purchasing it elsewhere. Notwithstanding, Best Buy is a great company and I'm an Elite Plus member. That said, they REALLY need to work on their shipping AND handling protocol. VERY disappointing!

Overall I am very happy with the product quality and ease of use. My only regret is not purchasing sooner.

The water tank rotates to the side which makes filling it so much easier than having to remove the entire container. This machine has the soft touch open/close button instead of the top latch the other models have. No more wasted pods because the top doesn't latch right.
