WRONG! After about a month of great tasting fuss free coffee, the unit started leaking. Contacted support and they told me to use a paper clip to unclog the hole next to the coffee spout. Diod that and still leaks. DON"T PURCHASE!

The only problem is that they are using a single button to active and to clean the machine (single or triple pushes). It is not always clear that it goes to cleaning mode.
