Excellent machine and the accompanying milk frother is nice to have and expands the number of different drinks you can make (latte, cappuccino, cafe au lait, etc.). Easy to set up. My only complaint is that the vertuo pods seem to be harder to find in-store than the regular pods.

This is the best!!! I currently own the Keurig that comes with the frother. I’ve been wanting to upgrade and hear a lot of good reviews about the Nespresso and decided to take a chance and let me tell you.. BEST DECISION EVER!! Coffee taste better and the frother - froths way better than the keurig!! If you’re thinking of getting this Nespresso, please don’t think about too much! Just get it!! You won’t regret it!

We love our new Nespresso. The Aeroccino milk brother is delightful. Every cup of coffee (even from a regular coffee maker) is like a little piece of heaven in a cup with the frothy milk. It makes the most delicious cup of coffee. Since COVID I've been working from home and my husband has been bringing in my coffee to me as I work. I hear him giggle as I mmmm and ahhh and sip on my coffee. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the coffee maker and the milk frother. The Maker has so many types and strengths of coffee each little pod is a present. Every one in my family has a Nespresso. The best thing we have done for ourself is to enjoy every morning coffee. This machine is about the size of a regular coffee pot and travels well. We won't go without not even for a day. I LOVE MY COFFEE!! I LOVE MY NESPRESSO!!

LOVE this espresso/coffee machine- although needed a little Nestle phone assistance to get it started, I am totally making authentic, rich frothy lattes in a variety of flavors as I add 2 TBL of any fav coffee syrup - add a little spice sprinkle on top of frothed milk and viol’a

A friend introduced me to this product and I fell in love with it. Love the design, look and the fact that it does express and regular size coffee cups. Easy to clean and doesn't take to much space on your counter.

If you want a very authentic cafe experience at the press of a button then the nespresso vurtuoso product is for you. It has exceptional expresso caffine infused flavor that is perfect gift for your fellow coffee addict friends. I looked at several other units and found that this is the one that best fits the busy on-the-go lifestle that most of us working people have. I was torn between buying a built in milk frother or a unit with a seperate milk frother. After my friend had the initial hands on experience she was happy that i got the seperate milk frother because she could put it in the frig without having to do too much cleaning between uses...the other machines are a little more labor intensive with cleaning. I got this as a gift for a friend, but after tasting the end result, i almost need to get one for myself. It makes a good gift...My friend was literally jumping up and down with Joy after she opened it. The frothing part of the machine ended up needing to be replaced do to a deffect... but an exceptional sales associate at best buy helped us to order a replacement. So my friend would only be cafine deprived for a couple of days before receoving the replacement unit and i still look like the hero...but, lets be honest, my best buy eau claire, WI store did all the hero work...they just make me look good. I find this Nespresso to make quality espresso at a solid price point. Of course, it won't compare to a trained barista and an expensive espresso machine, but it's hard to compete against the convenience and ease of the Nespresso. The taste is also not too far off from the real deal, as it will absolutely beat a cheap espresso machine and an untrained barista with consistent performance. It's also priced at a "loss" for them as they're expecting to gain more money based on the idea of you continually buying the Vertuo pods which only appear to be licensed by Nespresso themselves and Starbucks as retailers of the pods. The pods are roughly $1.50 per pod (cheaper than an espresso shop, but more expensive than a pot of coffee). It's a similar idea to HP printers selling cheap printers but expensive ink. An alternative is purchasing a refill kit and grinder on Amazon and refilling your own pods, but that does go against the convenience factor a bit. I personally am doing this, and it's not a bad system. You end up refilling pods in 30 seconds after getting everything ground and you're set for a week. It also allows you to taste other flavors that aren't found in the Nespresso / Starbucks Vertuo lineup. Either way, I believe the Vertuo Plus is a solid machine for someone who loves espresso, but doesn't want the hassle of buying a specialized machine and worrying about stuff like portafilters and whatnot.

I was hesitant to spend more money on another coffee maker (we love our Keurig). But my company has one of these Nespresso machines, and I loved being able to have an espresso every once in a while without having to dig out my Moca. This was on sale WITH the frother machine for $100 and I just couldn't pass it up! Works nicely and produces awesome coffees and espressos! My only gripe is that the pods are more than a buck a piece. Pricey!

I absolutely love this machine! No more trips to Starbucks! I’m super happy I can have espresso at home and it actually takes amazing! On top of it I’ll save so much money!

My husband and I love coffee and had been going to Starbucks daily until we got our VertuoPlus. Best coffee machine ever! We cant even drink Starbucks anymore because it just doesnt taste good anymore. We are spoiled with how good our coffee machine is. Only downfall, buying the coffee pods. The pods are hard to find and pricey but overall worth the cost of having coffee that's easy to brew and delicious. You can choose your pods based on strength so we use the strongest ones and even those are not bitter. We also 100% of the time use the frother which is very easy to use and clean.

After buying Keurigs and other brands of coffee makers; this finally seems perfect. It makes different sizes by reading the barcode. It is a bit pricey for the coffee but the coffee is amazing. Wife is slowly moving away from Starbucks and this machine with the frother included is perfection. Highly recommend for the cheaper Starbucks filler or those that like coffee sometimes.

One of the best coffee you can get. The machine is really easy to use/maintain which makes it even better! The milk frother works very simple and had great results everytime!

After spending years buying coffee in coffee shops in the city, my wife and I decided to buy this coffee maker, the result was incredible, the quality and quantity of flavors of a good authentic coffee, the machine prepares it quickly and cleanly , the milk preparer, attachments, etc., works for hot or cold coffee, you don't need to be a barista to make a good coffee with this machine! 100% recommended

We had the old Nespresso machine. So now we upgraded. I love how the new one knows which pods are for long pour and which ones are espresso shorts. Love the ease of the machine. Very easy to use. Stays clean. Frother is the same as any other machine, so no difference there. Definitely recomendable, great quality, and great coffee. Best part, wife is happy. Happy wife Happy Life. Enjoy!

Changed the way I drink my daily coffee. The ease of getting coffee shop grade coffee with this machine at home makes the purchase worth it. Ever since I bought this machine, I haven't been able to see the point of having keurig machines. "Oh but what if I want a lighter, weaker coffee"? They make pods that have half the caffeine amount. So they have flavors and strengths for every type of person. Excellent purchase.

Great coffee/espresso maker. Well worth the money. Easy to use. Holds a good amount of water in the reservoir. Makes very good coffee and espresso. The coffee has a very rich flavor. The frother is very user friendly and froths the milk quickly. The unit is a little loud when brewing. Overall I would highly recommend this coffee maker.

Loved the coffee it made and the ease of making it. However, I did not feel this was an everyday coffee maker. Pods can get costly if you drink more than one cup a day.

Machine works like a charm. Makes my morning coffee faster and easier with less mess than using filters and grounds in a drip coffee maker. Consistent taste quality, too. Perfect with holiday guests are in town with diverse tastes in roasts. So good I bought a second machine for my guest bedroom which has been a big hit!

Perfect for my coffee needs. May not be for everyone. Just depends on what your expectations are for coffee. I just need espresso every morning that takes little to no effort and this does that perfectly. Added bonuses the self dispensing pod feature and the frother are pretty great. Happy with this purchase.
