Total BAIT & SWITCH-- doesn't do 14 oz or Alto pod
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Nespresso Vertuo Plus Deluxe specifically because it was advertised to do the "new 14oz alto coffee" size. Well, I finally got the machine, hooked it up and lo and behold it does NOT work with those pods--it doesn't work with ANY alto pod-- only does a 7 oz. coffee. Total bait and switch, and now I'm stuck with basically a useless machine that doesn't make what I bought it for. You guys should reimburse every consumer who bought one of these for false advertising~

Not Worth the money

They never said that I have the buyer a cleaning kit to clean. It is an order so I can use it again will never buy again would never recommend this Machine
