I bought this Nespresso and i must say im hooked , love the design and quality of the product. I was worried about fitting it in my counter because it looks bulky and i was surprised to see how sleek it is.

“Upgraded” from a Keurig. Makes a really nice cup of coffee/espresso. Can really taste the difference. Extremely simple to operate. Frothedr works well. Like how it stores the old used cups out of sight. The variety of flavors is growing everyday.Only downside is Amazon and Nespresso are the main places to source the cups. All in all extremely pleased with the purchase for the price.

Amazing machine, makes the best lattes and coffee. Wish I had ourchaeed it sooner but I’m. Loving my mornings and friends that come over love it too. And Best Buy carries Virtuo pods so I don’t always have to go to nespresso store.

Great purchase. This makes the best coffee you can at home and extremely easy to use. The included heated frother takes it up a level too.

Great tasting coffee...every cup. Easy setup, online videos provide specific instructions for cleaning. Nespresso website and app are best source to purchase pods and the pods are recyclable. Be aware when ordering pods come in various sizes and strength depending on brew and ounces. Well worth the effort, avoid standing in line for your latte!

I love it. I wish pods were cheaper but this machine is great. Makes you feel a little luxurious compared to the manual machines. Make sure this fits in your budget. If you’re attempting to spend less you may find yourself spending the same as going out.

The best coffee and Espresso maker I have owned yet. I bought this recently. I had been reading the reviews and decided that I wanted a Nespresso machine. I went into the store and they said they did not have any in stock. My friend looked up and saw this machine. It was more than I wanted to pay but It was the machine I wanted. I bought it because I had several gift cards and paid the difference. My whole family likes the coffee. I reuse the pods that come with the machine with lids that come from Amazon. I want to use all of the coffee I have on hand before investing in a bunch of pods. The milk frother works well and does more than expected. The water tank is big and lasts for quite a bit of time. So far I am very happy and thankful that I was able to purchase a coffee maker that is much nicer than expected. By the way it does not hook onto bluetooth. (instruction manual implies that it hooks onto the Nespresso application)

This is my first espresso machine and i love it already, glad i got it! Its easy to use and very easy to clean. The milk frother is awesome i use it quite often. You wont regret!

I got this machine last year for Christmas and have used it daily, sometimes multiple times. I have followed recommended cleaning and descaling regimen as well. A few days ago it just quit brewing a full cup of coffee and got really loud. After trying everything I could to troubleshoot the machine, I brought it into Best Buy. I had purchased the Geek Squad protection, and they ordered me a new machine that arrived in two days to my home, and took back the defective machine no questions asked! I am beyond happy with the customer service from Best Buy. Best $29.99 that I have spent in a while. For some reason these machines seem prone to weird problems after using for a time. I love it. It makes excellent coffee, and I don’t want to live without it now, but will continue to keep Geek Squad protection on it since it makes problems literally disappear!

I love the Nepresso's rich coffee and espresso flavors. Topped with sumptuous crema, the brewed quality far exceeds Keurig beverages. I especially enjoy frothing coconut milk and swirling it in to make my morning java even more luxurious. I wish the frother were dishwasher safe, but its nonstick surface makes it easy to rinse immediately after use.

I love espresso so much, I have been wanting this for so lomg and i finally got my hands on it. Its the best thing Ive ever done. I dont go out to starbucks anymore , definitely recommend if you want to stop wasting so much on iced coffee 2x a day!

Easy to use, good size machine fits perfectly under cabinets

I haven’t quite figured out how to create the perfect blend, but the system itself is great. I feel extra fancy on those days where I shouldn’t splurge on drive thru macchiato. Just wish more variety of pods were available locally in my area. I’m considering purchasing one for my studio space.

Works about as well as advertised. The coffee is of a decent quality, even if most of the "flavors" taste largely the same. Be warned that pods for this machine are hard to find out in the wild. We have pretty much had to order all of our directly from Nespresso. No company outside of Starbucks currently offers Nespresso pods in the Vertuo format.

Love this espresso/coffee machine! Works wonderfully and heats up a lot faster than a Kerug. Also the package is a must! The milk frother is amazing and I can now have great tasting cappuccinos at home. Also comes with a pretty good amount of sample pods from different categories and a coupon for $10 off your first order from the nespresso website. The only complaint I have is this machine does not work with original pods or the Starbucks pods due to the size differences, but there is still a good selection available.

Wonderful product! The Nespresso is easy to operate and makes delicious cofees/ espressos. The milk frother is a very handy bonus with this purchase.

Absolutely love this coffee maker! This was my first Nespresso and I love the vertuo pods. The coffee is much frothier and more flavorful than Keurig. Only downside is that pods are significantly more expensive than k-cups, which is why I still mix in my Keurig throughout the week.

A huge upgrade to instant coffee. I initially bought this for my wife, as I'm not much of a coffee drinker. I was recommended this from a friend and they were right! Coffee comes out sooo good. The pods have a barcode on them and are scanned which tells machine if it is coffee or espresso and will use the perfect amount of water to pour the perfect coffee every time. Not a knock on Kuerig, but the Nespresso makes a much better quality cup of Joe (truly night and day). I now drink coffee all the time! This set does come with a gift pack of a variety of coffee and espresso so you can taste their various flavors. The frother feels very solid quality and is very quiet when frothing, and does so very quickly. It has the option to froth it both hot and cold. The only down side is that you can only get the Nespresso pods from Nespresso. Unless there's a Nespresso cafe near you then you will have to order more pods from the app, but they are usually delivered within 2 days.
