This machine is far superior to the Vertuo NEXT models, I had TWO NEXTS that BROKE. PLEASE go for the PLUS models!!! The only issue I've had with this is a half orange (or red?), half green indicator and wasn't able to get rid of it for the life of me (tried everything from the manual). I had to hit up reddit and found some convoluted song and dance to clear it up. But otherwise, LOVE this machine! Delicious HOT coffee quickly and easily!

After I got this, I dont need either of those machines anymore. Although the original line did produce a smoother crema due to how the water is pushed through, that is the only drawback of losing both of those machines. Everything else it does just as good or better. I use it daily at least, sometimes more. The frother could probably work better, but I also add some flavor syrup into the milk first so that could reduce the frothy-ness that Im getting. On sale its a great value but if mine broke Id buy it at any price. Bianco Leggero and Iced Leggero are my favorites.

It’s not too loud as far as coffee makers go. It’s a beautiful unit, keeps a low profile and cleans easily.

This machine is phenomenal. They give you prepaid return bags to recycle the pods in, which are NOT made of plastic! The variety of choices seems endless, I'd spent over $100 dollars on pods and still, Nespresso gave me free samples and free gifts when I signed up! The crema from these coffees and espresso's is perfect, the milk frother is AMAZING and super easy to use and clean, the travel mug I bought additionally from Nespresso is beyond compare. SO glad Best Buy had this machine!!!
