  • works great but does not last

    I have had several Delonghi auto expresso machines. Unfortunately the one thing that I have noticed is that the expresso machine does not last. I have found that the machine is good for about 2 years. My Perfecta button just busted so it does not work!!!! And this time it lasted just under one year. The problem I have is that Delonghi gave me the Perfecta to replace my Magnifica which stop working after one and a half years, so the warranty does not apply. I have to say it makes a great laite!!!! Which it why I am so upset. These machines are too exspensive for the limited time that it works.
