My dad loves expresso had it about 3 weeks and doesn't work anymore going to take it back hopefully they will take it back?

I had it for one day. It vibrates so much, spills everywhere. I would not recommend it. I’ll return it.

I got this based on a review saying it was the replacement model for the old "retro" machine. For starters the distance between where the coffee comes out and where your cup goes is too narrow and required me to remove the tray on the bottom just to be able to use the majority of the cups I normally use for espresso. Also, the frother wand leaked water. I sent it back and found another "retro" model that was still available.

Returned the espresso maker. By the time I heated the froth, the coffee was cold, there are better designs out there.

Water came out of steamer. Everything else was fine.

The milk frother was loud and it was difficult to align the coffee handle

Followed the 1st time use instructions... not a single drop of water came out of it. Very disappointed and returned it back to Best Buy. The noise and vibration alone is enough to wake up everyone in the house.

The frother did not work. Called the company and learned the machine was not functioning properly. Returned it to Best Buy in Hyannis (bought it in Watertown) for full credit refund. Bought a simpler, cheaper machine that works fine.

when I used this product the coffee tank took more than 15minutes to heat the water to brew the espresso. The 2nd day it took more than 30 minutes, it never did brew espresso! I gave up and took it back. I would not recommend this to anybody!

This item would not dispense the hot water. It made plenty of steam out of the frothing wand but nothing out of the cup filling area. I returned it to Best Buy without any problems even though I had lost the receipt.

I returned this unit after trying to get a good cup of coffee out of it for 2 weeks. Sorry DeLonghi, it's a no go. Been using a Krups for a 100 years, this unit looks like it's a good alternative but it's not.

I’ve been using Delonghi machines for about 20 years. I’ve tried a few other brands but the Delonghi has always lasted the longest. I use the machine daily and generally get 2-3 years out of it before the pump dies, which IMHO is about all you can expect with daily use. This particular machine is a bit short from spout to tray but Standard espresso cups fit fine, larger cups not so much. Recommend NOT to grind your own coffee, it’s hard to get just the perfect grind, but if you use brick style Cafe Bustelo, LaLava or similar the machine works perfectly and expect a nice crema every time. Remember to clean the coffee pan every now and then, coffee tar will gum up the little holes over time and put excess pressure on the pump. I use an old toothbrush and commercial cleaner for that, it’s really hard to get the holes clean sometimes.

Unfortunately the unit I purchased was damaged. As soon as I put water in and turned on it started leaking from the coffee holder. Had to return it.

There are no small enough cups what you can place under ... you have to order specific espresso glass mugs to be able to use the machine....

Stopped working within a few days. The area for an espresso glass was too short for even an espresso glass.

This coffee machine doesn't work, waste of money!!

I'm in love with this espresso maker! I read a bunch of reviews before purchasing this product, most of which said that it will take a lot of trial and error to get the technique down. I just had it delivered tonight, did the recommended "cleaning" and then tested it out with actual coffee and ended up with the perfect cup of cappuccino on my very first try! This machine in awesome, super user friendly and takes up almost no counter space. I would recommended this to anyone trying to not break the bank with their love of espresso bases drinks!
