This machine is small and great. Makes amazing espresso. We finally have taste of European coffee in our house))))

I did a lot looking for an espresso maker that didn't cost a ton of money but could make a good espresso drink. This definitely gets the job done! My only issue with it is that the steamer is low so when you try to put a larger cup under it and pull out the frothed milk, you have to tilt the machine to the side.

The espresso maker is easy to set up. The froth maker is ok.

It’s kind of loud, but I mean that’s how all are. It makes great espresso and for the price it’s amazing.

All-around good and easy to use espresso maker. The only reason it doesn't get five stars is because you can grind up the coffee too much and it will seem like it machine is plugged up, but other than that awesome !!

It's a great espresso machine, you just need a small espresso cup, not enough room for a bigger mug

Machine is easy to use and makes a wonderful espresso. I had bought one for a friend and enjoyed it so much I bought myself one.

Our "fancy" Krups machine stopped working - we cleaned it thoroughly but to no avail. I saw this at Best Buy and grabbed it - we had one of these a few years ago which always worked perfectly - we brought it to our summer residence a few years ago and still use it there. Now we have the same one at home and it too works great - I make our morning espresso shot(s) every day and it has a delicious crema. We occasionally steam milk and the foam is always nice and thick. Highly recommended!

A great Espresso coffee maker. It makes great coffee and also a great price. I love this coffee maker. I recommend it.

Perfect intro to espresso and playing barista. 2 small complaints. There’s not much clearance to get a cup under the drip, and the portafilter is a bit difficult to attach. Operation is easy, heat is consistent, clean up is a simple rinse and wipe.

Very easy to operate with great rresults, makes delicious espresso and cappuccino in seconds. Would recommend

We wanted to try our hand in making different espresso drinks. Instructions were a little wordy but once you try it a couple of times, everyone should get the hang of it. Luckily we have our own grinder so we were able to finely grind for the espresso process. It might say in the instructions to make sure the grind is fine, but again it was pretty cumbersome. Other than that, we love it for what we paid for it.

Has great features some machines do not have. Once we learned how to best use it is has become a morning ritual. So happy to have out own machine now.

I just had another DeLonghi combined machine (coffee and Expresso BCO330T) that last 6 months only and even though it was under the manufacture's warranty, they declined my warranty request and I have to end up dumping it. Even though I recognize the quality of the coffee and expresso that these machines make, they don't last to long for the price you paid. this in particular only make very few amount of expresso. I decided to return it even before openi it also because I don't want to waste my money with the company that have already declined my warranty request for internal water valve leaking nothing to be with abuse or fisical damage.
