It’s easy to use, easy to clean and makes a latte better and cheaper than Starbucks. The only negative was it didn’t come with a cup/pot to catch your Java, not a problem for me as my Mr coffee machine died so I kept the pot for it…problem solved!

This has been the best cappuccino machine I’ve ever owned and has been used frequently! Heats up quickly, steams well, and is easy to clean all around. Definitely a great buy!!!

This espresso maker is very easy to set up, and use. I am using it every day. It froths milk quickly. And there is a lot of crema whem you brew. You can also use ese pods if you wish. Excelent purchase.

I’m still going back and forth with the frothed part to see if I like the metal or the rubber. I’m going to get another to gift. I bought the metal picture and will get a metal tamper. My cups came from World Market. Good price point as well. I would recommend for new users and the elderly who want a good cup daily without the drive through hassles.

You can see in the pics where the detent in the small filter is so close to the to the top of the filter that it is almost in line with the spring in the portafilter. You can see where the detent actually scraped inside the portafilter and now gets stuck every time and I need to use a wrench to release it. The detents in the larger filter are lower and do not come near the portafilter spring slot.

I got it super fast as well (faster then what Amazon would’ve gotten it to me!). I definitely recommend this product to anyone! I can now make my Iced White Mocha just like Starbucks!
