One refreshing aspect is all of the controls are manual which makes it simple and easy to use. My only complaint is there is only one portafilter (filter handle) and it has two drip nozzles which can cause spills with small containers

This espresso machine is easy to use and brews rather quickly the thing that bothers me is it’s a bit loud at times. And when your brewing 2 shots of espresso at the same time the cups vibrate and can move a bit. Other then that I’m happy

But as a previous owner of other espresso makers this one is not did not work for me. The machine does not turn off on is own. So you have to stay waiting for the coffee to be done and then turn it off. When the coffee is pouring out it does not stop. There is a water reservoir and it will empty all the water if you don’t stop it from happening. So in order to not do that and be able to walk away from it is best if you only add the necessary water for the cup that you are going to drink. Also be ready to deep clean the steam pipe every time bc if you don’t it gets clotted. Is also hard to place the coffee in the tiny spot to brew without making a mess. Also to clean it is a little hard. I ended up trying to return this machine. I was not able to due tom the incredibly short return policy from Best Buy. I was so annoyed that if you don’t pay for their membership that is $50 you only have 15 days to return a product. That is so crazy. Who does that nowadays? Now I have to keep this machine that is not worth my time or effort. Definitely not what I wanted.

Very nice budget expresso maker

It is very nice and makes a great espresso. It makes very nice crema. Have not used the frother so I am not able to comment on it at the moment.

Makes Excellent Espresso at an Excellent Price

Heats up fast and makes an excellent cup of espresso. Build quality is excellent. My older unit lasted over 15 years of daily use. May not be the fanciest looking machine but it does the job it needs to do at a great price.

She just decided to pick one up .....Lucky she decided to stop at best buy .... We get all of our stuff here ..... Works great no problems, have not lost any pieces yet....
