Very easy to use, I got it on sale so far is working well

Easy coffee machine, literally 3 steps. Load, make, froth. I am using frother for warm up coffee and make a milk for kids, as well.. Sturdy and good quality. Can recommend.

So far it’s been very good, hopefully it will work as well in 3-6 months

I bought this for my mom. I use to for her coffee in the morning. It makes the coffee so much better. I'd definitely recommend this to any coffee dinner.

Seems to be a good purchase, been using for a month 4 or 5 times a week. Being a manual machine I'm Still trying to dial it in, but seems to be a good product. Glad I didn't buy one of the more expensive Chinese knockoffs on Amazon.

So far so good! Just opened this yesterday and can already tell a huge improvement over the combo machine we had in another brand. The frother has a reasonable noise level. The material it's made of is sturdy. It has a refillable water tank with a window to show the amount of water remaining. The biggest drawback is that although it says it will fit a bigger cup by removing the tray, a 12oz cup would still not fit. Now I understand most people are not using a large cup for espresso. However, when making a double shot, and adding the frothed milk in an insulated to-go mug, one needs more clearance. We considered their more expensive machine but the biggest difference was this one is manual while the other is electronic. We decided that having the manual control was better and saved the significant price difference.

This machine is easy to use and clean. Although start/stop is manual it is very easy to do. Machine makes 1 or 2 shots very quickly so it is not a problem to watch for when to stop it.

This coffee machine is great. I use it every morning and my coffee is just as good as anything I could buy. 100% recommend to anyone who wanting to buy it to buy it.

I have now had this espresso maker for a month. I can say it makes the not bad espresso and ok steamer.Since I’ve been testing I figured that it works best for my kids to make a decaf frappe or cappuccino . The truth is I am not very happy.

First espresso machine I have bought, it is louder than expected, can be annoying to be switching between single and double shot filters.

My wife uses this 4-5 days a week in her pantry. She used to go to Dutch bros and Starbucks all the time but now she enjoys making her own expresso at home and saves money.

Had an older model that grind holder cracked after 4 years and bought this as replacement. Quality seems to be better than previous model, not as loud, overall working well after daily use for 1 month

Amazing expresso machine!! First time having one of these and very easy to use. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

Good espresso maker, 9bar is plenty good and its lightweight and has a nice internal resevior. Cons: steam want is iffy, often spews water even when its not suppose too, and is to short imo.

I did research on espresso machines and this unit was at the top of the pile. Works great, the crema is perfect and it is easy yo use. BTW did I mention the price?

I wanted a basic and inexpensive espresso machine, as I got tired of drip coffee. This seemed to fit the bill, and has worked as expected so far. It’s made my pandemic/quarantine life a lot more interesting. Makes great espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes effortlessly. I hope it lasts long.

Reliably produces quality shots with blend-appropriate crema. Overall machine quality and ergonomics is lacking but only relative to the best home machines. Overall a lot of bang for the buck.

Second time buying this. Worth the price and gets the job done

This espresso machine works so beautifully, crafting the most delicious coffee! Percolating a rich and creamy yet refreshing dream in a cup!!
