Premium build quality and parts are up to very high standards. Meets all my needs for a Latte etc.. My only gripe honestly is the fact that the brewed espresso could be hotter.. it's very underwhelming overall, the steamed milk makes up for the lack of espresso temp and jives together pretty nicely. Overall I give it a 4*/5*

My machine started dripping and clogging a little over a month after I bought it, so just make sure to read everything and follow the instructions! Otherwise amazing lattes and it saves me money every week making lattes at home!
