The milk frother seems like more trouble than its worth but if youre just looking for a reliable lower end espresso maker this is for you

Unfortunately it has been inconsistent ever since. Sometimes it cools too quickly, sometimes only one of the two openings work, etc. I always use the same coffee, same grinder. Contacted customer service while I was still under warranty, they did some troubleshooting via video conference. Then I was asked to send a video filming myself in my coffee making process. Then I was told to change the grind size of my beans. After all this experimenting, you guessed it, warranty time was up. So now I'm stuck with a faulty machine. Giving it at least 3 stars because it used to work well, so I'm assuming I just have a bad one. Took off 2 stars for the unresolved customer service issues.
