You have to manually guess when to shut it off. Very happy with the drink that it makes!

Perfect home espresso machine

The only cons is that the filter cup in just limited to 1 and 2 shot of espresso, we cannot make stronger coffee by adding more coffee ground to the filter bowl.

The steam frother is so so. But the water tank leaks. This is the second one and it did it within two weeks. Our first one, which we just replaced, did it too and I bought a new water tank for that one. It only partly helped. But this new one is only a few weeks old and the whole tank is on the counter within an hour of filling it.

The only thing I would change is where the water container goes in the top of the machine. The entire machine has to be moved so that the container can go in and out. Kind of annoying, but love the machine.
