My old coffee maker stopped working after 4 years and I was eager to get a new one ASAP. This one was immediately available and had good reviews and price so I went for it. Just a short 4 months later I'm not happy with it at all. The worst part is that it has started leaking and I have to wipe a pool of water from the tray every single time I use it. It also makes a lot of noise while making coffee compared to my old one. The light goes from ready to not ready to use very quickly. Frothing is separate so you to wait for it to warm up again in order to do it manually. Overall, not worth the money compared to the alternatives.

We bought this expresso maker to replace a similary De'Longhi machine that was leaking like a sieve after 3 years. This machine has a few elements that are obvious design changes, so I am hoping that there were some internal design improvements as well. In the meantime, the machine is working very well, so I am very optimistic. The espressos and cappuccinos that I have been making have come out perfect, with a good crema on top.

As I put in the title, this is the worst ever espresso maker. Why? It lost pressure at just 3 months from purchasing. I am an espresso lover and I am the only one that used this machine at about 3 to 4 times per day. DeLonghi customer service is a joke. I have to say though, started really well and they impressed me for a moment, but once my machine was given as lost, I could not get any resolution. It’s been 3 weeks and I am not sure how this will play out. I am now waiting for a refund, but DeLonghi won’t give me any feedback whatsoever.

Haven’t used this yet, however it was recommended to me by a friend who uses it on a daily basis. I do have other products by this company and it’s a quality company in my opinion.

Good machine. It’s no to expensive, I like to used always

Opened package, setup Espresso for 1st use as instructed. Pump failed to transfer water from reservoir to steam chamber. Very noisy and had an odor like the motor was burning up. Returned for refund. BestBuy was wonderful throughout the return process and received credit immediately.

Really Good product. Got it for my girlfriend for Christmas and she loves it tonight at 10/10 recommend.

what I don't like about it is the coffee is too light not strong even I'm using dark roast coffee, the pump for the milk the first week did pretty good not anymore

I bought this for my mother. It was very noisy from the start. It worked well for a while. But for the price this machine should have lasted more than one year and a half. It stopped heating and we had to dispose of it. If companies would just make a better product, we wouldn’t have to continue to throw things away unnecessarily. My mother really liked making espresso so she bought a different brand after this one went.

Box showed more accessories that were not included in the item. Would have been nice to know so I could have bought the right parts right away other wise it’s great. Would give 5 stars

Does the job, not the best, not the worst, just good enough to do the job. You can't beat the price for a 15 bar pump expresso machine

Woefully substandard, don’t bother, pretty much a drip machine, not capable.

This espresso machin is great. My only complaint is the drip tray isnt fully removable

I had the precurser to this machine- the EC155- but the pump broke so i replaced it with the Stilosa. I saw great reviews, but no matter what i tried ( different brands of espresso, different coarseness of grounds) i could not get a good cup and no crema at all. The one benefit was that I could actually do a good milk froth- which i could never do on the earlier model. Maybe i just got a lemon, but very disappointed.

the coffee brewed has good taste and the steam arm heats and froths milk efficiently. easy to clean. filter for grounds goes in a little hard takes getting used to hopefully will not break you just force into metal tabs and pull out to clean or use other filter. overall good purchase for sale price.

This is nice little machine that does a very good job of making espresso shots. That said, this thing manual in every way possible and does have a learning curve. But once I got it dialed in and understood how best to switch between making an espresso shot and steaming the milk I'm very happy with it.

It can be better because it vibrates a lot. And the milk could still be hot without all that foam. But it good. Still love it.

Bought for my daughter. She is a barista. She loves it. Has nice weight and parts operate smooth. Originally bought a cheaper model but returned that one as it felt like a toy and parts were hard to move. Great machine.
