Purchased in July 2023 and the machine has failed in OCT 2023. The brew head constantly leaks while using the machine. The entire time you are using the frother the thing is leaking. The warranty is BS as you have to pay to ship it to them to get it repaired. Purchased my first and last De'Longhi!

Good but sadly not reliable

A lot of functionality and a great price. Unfortunately, after having it for 30 some days something broke on it and it no longer is able to boiler the water hot enough. I can only get it to about 145 degrees and the sensor never tells me that it is "ready". Either buy another product or buy it from a company with a longer return policy

Steamer is not good

I bring fresh Starbucks espresso roast beans. Yet everytime it comes out like weak coffee. The milk frother spits way too much water into my milk, and cream. This whole machine is junk!

Fairly good entry level espresso machine

It is nothing too fancy and do expect to have to clean it fairly regularly. The steamer isn't as strong as a coffee shop's but it will froth up a small cup of milk. Recommend using sweetened soy milk or oat milk if regular milk is not used.

It says 15 bar pump, there's no way its 15 bar plus boiler started leaking past the seal after 5 cups

Horrible

The first one was broken less than a year. I found water all over on the countertop where the machine was placed. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me to send a videotape for a proof. I was also advised I should call them again after my video submission. I did both about 2 month ago. No response from them at all. Never buy DeLinghi products again.

Good while it lasted

It was used in average about 4 times a week. I was hoping it would last at least a couple of years before breaking.
