    Bought for my wife on her birthday, the machine worked great for about a month before starting to leak after everytime it was filled. Looks like it will go in the trash for a better machine.

    This was a good price but not worth the price. The espresso isn't hot enough. There are instructions on how to make it hotter but it is a pain and not worth the effort. The steamer is odd. It waters down the milk and doesn't create a good foam. Wish I hadn't bought this.

    This machine was a great value while it worked, but I can't recommend it because it started leaking after only 7 months of moderate use. Additionally, there is no auto shut off function which doesn't sit right with me.

    don't buy without a warrantee

    This is my first home espresso machine, and I intentionally bought a cheap one since I didn't know how much I'd use it. Well it turns out I am now hooked on espresso and if this machine actually worked all the time i'd drink it every day. I'll be replacing this one as many times as my warrantee will cover it, and then be buying a different model/brand. milk frother works with the enthusiasm of a 14yo who is totally over it. and the machine has now started overheating after being turned on (unused) for 10-15 min and then will not function at all.

    Don’t waste your money

    The first one I received was damaged, so I exchanged for a new one. The second one I received leaks water out of the back somehow and it doesn’t shoot steam out, just straight water. Don’t waste your time or money on this product.

    This is going to be my last purchase with Best Buy. I have purchased this item on 31st Dec and my return window expired in 2 weeks. Right after this date the unit stopped working. Customer care teams from both Best Buy and Delonghi neglected my concern. I will never do anymore business with Best Buy and I will never purchase any Delonghi product.

    No matter what we try the coffee still comes out watered down, have tried using a WDT, changing grind size etc.

    Does not last long at all. I bought one last November 2022, and after a few months it just stopped brewing. I re-ordered in May 2023 and bought a new one, thinking maybe the previous one had a defect.. Its now Nov 2023 and the same exact thing happened to this one - stopped brewing. spend your money on a something better that will last more than 6 months.. this is garbage

    1 year of use. Almost to the day. Made one double shot just fine, went to go make the next and it just stopped working. Save your money. Don’t buy this one.

    It was a nice little machine for the 1st month or so, we have only had it for 2 months and now the frother doesnt get hot enough to froth up the milk it just warms it up a little bit.

    Hands down, one of the best for the price! Spending $6 on coffee almost on the daily is a waste of time and money. With the De'Longhi Stilosa Espresso Machine I am able to make my own espresso or cappuccino in the comfort of my own home, and at any time. The De'Longhi Stilosa is so easy to use. One of my favorite features on this machine is the manual milk frother on the side. I have another espresso machine that has it right next to the spout. Not only are you able to make great tasting espressos and cappuccinos, but the De'Longhi Stilosa has a great modern looking design. The quality is great, the coffee is great, and the price is right. I would highly recommend the De'Longhi Stilosa to anyone in the market for an espresso machine!
