    When it does work it leaves a pool of water inside the press. Water coming back up through the water tank area!? Takes about an hour to make a sec t cup of coffee with this thing. Steamer works great though.

    I will not recommend this expresso coffee machine. In less than one month the the ready light stop working.

    I love using my new De'Longhi Stilosa 15 Bar Pump Espresso Machine! Beautiful maker. Easy to use. Makes terrific espresso! Love the froth too! Upon opening the box, I found it to be well-packaged. Everything was there. It was securely packaged and nothing was damaged. The setup was easy and was ready to use in minutes. I ran the unit once - as directed - without coffee grounds to ensure no residual manufacturing chemicals were still present. I wish the water reservoir had a filter to purify the water going into the system; our water in AZ is very hard with a lot of impurities and the filter would help protect the machine. I like its compact design and it doesn't take a lot of space on my countertop! I like the flexibility of using different sized cups or using 2 small ones simultaneously. The "wait time" for warming the machine wasn't too bad ... maybe a minute ... which is an improvement from a much-older espresso machine I used to have. It's also a comparable time to a capsule machine I have, but still not as fast as a K-cup machine my husband likes to use. I also like not having to buy a new "capsule or K-cup" for this machine. Regular ground coffee is so much easier and convenient and we always have it at home. The frother works really well and I'm glad that I can create a little "cup" of the froth, because I like my lattes that way. Its easy to clean after use, which is a big plus too! The downside is that the system does NOT include the small, metal "cup" that typically comes with this type of machine. Not a huge problem, but wish everything was included. Overall, a great unit for the price! Easy to use. Simple operation but lacks some controls that more expensive machines have. Makes a great cup of espresso!

    I was excited. I bought a grinder and coffee, but the machine did not work well. I changed the kind of coffee but it is the same problem the coffee stuck inside, so I returned it yesterday. also the machine has too many pieces that I had to clean them each time

    Coffee Shop Experience at Home

    I have always wanted to try and duplicate the coffee shop experience at home. I know I spend way too much money at coffee shops getting my fancy coffee fix. My husband is also a big-time coffee connoisseur and serious about his daily coffee, and loves espressos. But I’ve always been intimidated by fancy coffee machines and believed that there was no way to match the baristas who know how to manipulate those complicated machines and mix up those elaborate drinks. But after using this machine I’ve come to realize that if you have a good machine, can follow directions, and have the right ingredients, it IS possible to get that fancy coffee fix at home. I will have to admit, it took me several tries to really get the hang of it, but once you do it’s great. The machine has simple controls that are easy to understand. I especially love frothing milk. It also has a small footprint, pretty much the same as our Keurig or our 12-cup coffee maker. I think it’s a really good machine for “beginning baristas” such as myself, who don’t need the huge, expensive espresso machines but would like the coffee shop experience at home.

    If I could give it -1star I would. It is very flimsy and definitely disappointing. Not recommend, spend more and get a better espresso machine

    I’ve only had this a month and it’s started leaking during every use, Pour is inconsistent and annoyingly doesn’t have an automatic stop/turn off function. Don’t recommend, regret my purchase, and wish I could return this.

    Water leakage issue

    With severe water leakage issue, at the portafilter head location, even we tried a few times to lock it to machine spout very hard. This machine seems to me a defect one.

    Bought this expresso for my office, unfortunately had to return it. To make a coffee took around 10 min, coffee was already could and it was not the best taste.
