After we’ve studied exactly what to do and tweaked to our own liking, it worked great. This would be 5 stars, but sometimes the water tub will leak if it’s not pushed down far enough in the groove, and it’s kind of annoying. Other than that, no complaints at all

It has a small footprint, the steaming wand folds inside (so it's not sticking out when not in use) and the matte black and stainless exterior work with almost all kitchen colors. It makes two cups at once (nice!) and is simple to use.
