Don’t waste your money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It is 3 year machine… I have been getting issues where the machine keep brewing coffe even after I rotating the knob to the original position; not to mention that when you turn it on it takes a while for the machine to be ready for brewing. I am currently looking to buy a new machine since after 3 years this one stop working… I used to have an Imusa and worked better than this one. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS MACHINE

Horribly built/leaks huge quantities of water

Bought this one thinking it would be the same thing. It’s not. Horribly built. Started leaking water after two weeks. Very light weight plastic. Very flimsy. Best Buy wouldn’t return it. Delonghi makes you jump through hoops for a warranty claim. Don’t waste your money.

Broken from factory
