Bad Machine, Even Worse Customer Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The worst coffee maker and company ever. Had the machine for 2 months and it died. Fought with customer service, sent it back for them to fix, they sent it back with a broken water tank. Then told us the tanks were out of stock and couldn't replace until February. Sent it back and waited four months for a replacement. We received that replacement in late January after so MANY calls and arguing with them. They refused to refund our money. Guess what died this morning (May!!) - literally turned off and smelled like mechanical burning and is completely dead. The "new" machine lasted less than four months. Won't let me post reviews on their website either.

Called Delong warranty service, it can be only repaired by 15 days !!!! I need to ship it back to Delong and wait them to fix it for 15 days!!!! How could treat your customer in this way!!!

Flawed defective grinder w 30 day expiration life
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After the 3rd replacement failed with the usual 2 month length of operation we are now waiting on a review to replace with a fourth machine. Making coffee in pre ground position after failed attempts to get other then almost nothing but brown water the water does not even hot. Do not buy this machine. The cash back warranty is only for 30 days. Delonghi suggested i take it back to the box store to get my refund. They stock it on the shelf n sell it, they do not manufacture it. Every time the grinder has quit working. Theres a serious design flaw with the grinder. Do not buy this machine. Works great the first 30 days n after that its a battle with customer service. Do not buy!!!

Cleaning Nightmare
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Plastic components seem to have been designed with zero thought as to the eventuality of cleaning. They are moulded with dozens have hard to reach nooks and crannies. Removable parts are extremely difficult to clean. Non-removable parts are absolutely impossible to clean properly. To make matters worse it constantly leaks and the countertop has to be cleaned after each use. Unless you plan to use this for 1 month or less and throw it out, get a machine that’s easier to maintain.

Garbage

Messy, once the water sensor goes out well hell there goes the whole coffee maker just throw it in trash can. Just garbage they put out to see who would buy it at this price.
