This gift card cannot be redeemed until 24 hours after activation which was really disappointing.

I bought this card to purchase my delta airfare. It didn't activate until after 36 to 48 hours. I thought it should be activated instantly or at least in 24 hours. It turns out not which makes it no use.

Bought for my parents, when they tried to use them they were told they need the reciept. Now I have to drive to the store to get a copy of the reciept so they can use the gift card. Whats the purpose of the gift card. Don't bother. Buy Southwest or something else. This is garbage.

Purchase $400. gift cards online and picked up in store where the cashier activated them. Went home to purchase tickets are received a message their wasn’t a balance on none of the 4 gift cards purchased. Contacted Delta customer service and was advised must up to 72 hours for them to activate cards.

Delta does not allow you to add a gift card to your reservation - you have to work backwards by adding the gift card and then making a reservation through the gift card redemption site. It just is very awkward to do that way. You should be able to just add them to your Delta wallet for future use.

You cant use it toward baggage You cant use it towards entry into the skyclub You cant use it to pay taxes if you have an award ticket You cant use it for food or drink while in mid flight You cant use it towards a seat upgrade You cant use more than 3 GC at a time It amazes me that you can only use this for airfare... What is the point of a giftcard if Delta has so many restrictions?
