Set up tedious

Excellent receiver for the $ setup a breeze
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I labored heavily on choosing a new receivers; Pioneer, Sony, Onkyo, Yamaha and ended up with this one. I had this up and running within 2 hours (including speaker hookup). The compatibility with my new 4k TV for controls, my home network and other features are awesome. The setup was easy and step by step, admittedly, I had to follow the directions but it was so simple and yes, Pandora works as I tested it from my phone (other reviewers had issues). Sound is awesome through my Klipsch RF 28's. I am using this for movies/tv and light music so it suits my needs perfectly. Great value and easy setup!

Exactly what I wanted

The setup was simple and every step worked flawlessly. I'm very happy for the network connection, making it easy to keep up to date if updates are offered. After connecting and performing the sound calibration, I was excited to hear a great improvement over my prior 3 year old receiver. Same speakers, same subwoofer and a tremendous sound. I opened up the Denon app on my iPhone and without any issues, I can control my system. Perfect purchase! Thank you Best Buy for the 12 month financing.

No hassles takes less minimal time for setup. I haven't tested is if it could detect the chromecast or fire stick. Other than that I am really impressed with this product
