This product is reliable. We haven't had any problems on functionality. However, it is extremely dated!! When you turn the power on and off you can actually hear a clicking noise inside the Box. The buttons/knobs are big and clumsy. The remote is big and dated with too many buttons. The Box itself takes up way too much room. The on-screen prompts are 80s looking font. dont get me started on all the gross looking wires it takes to run this. gag...reminds me of my dads old 1982 "home stereo system" with big speakers and wires hanging everywhere. Again, it does function as expected. However it is not in any way a modern product. we prefer, smaller, minimalist, less invasive tech/gadgets. this just doesn't visually have the aesthetics we prefer. we are keeping it for the time being, but would not purchase again.

Receiver worked great but...

Listing online did not describe it as refurbished but the one I got was. It worked fine but was missing AM and FM antennas. Took it to local Best Buy and exchanged it for a new one at no additional cost. Receiver works great and on screen set up was easy to use.
