Wonderful Sound

We wanted to pair it with an outside bluetooth speaker. There was nothing wrong with our older Denon (18 yrs old). Unfortunately it turned out that you cannot pair this unit with a speaker like ours. Only your phone apparently. Nevertheless the new Denon improved the quality of the sound with our existing, older sony speakers, so not all was lost. We gave our older Denon to our wonderful handyman, so it all worked out.

I was a little skeptical about running the video signal through the receiver, because of the advanced television set I recently purchased, but was relieved to see the video signal remains excellent! Audio performance through my existing Bose speakers is also very good. Only drawback is I am told the only subwoofer I can use is a wired model.
