Good receiver. The only thing I've noticed is sometimes there's no sound when I turn it on, but if I turn it off and on it works. It may be my tv receiver getting in the way...don't know. I'm happy with it. Easy hookup and setup.

I've owned Pioneer and Onkyo AVR's ...this is my first Denon. It is the best, by far! Was extremely easy and quick to set-up. Remote is easy to use and not complicated. .

This is not Denon's top-of-the-line unit, but it performs like one. It has dual subwoofer outputs. It does not have multiple "zones" but if you just use it as a Home Theater amp in one room, who cares? The sound quality us Denon all the way. It is an excellent deal for the price.

This fit right into my system and I breathed a sighnof relief. Bought this to replace an old Yamaha receiver that worked great, but couldn't support my new TV or bluetooth devices. Had things working in 1/2 hour.

Setup was pretty easy. Just swapped cables from my old receiver. On setup it wouldn't automatically adjust my Bose powered subwoofer but I was able to adjust it manually. I suggest downloading the PDF file for this product, which is common for most products anymore.

This system puts out some very nice sound, it’s nice to have if you only have the speaker hook up inside the house because pretty soon I’m going to have to Purchase a upgraded version so that I can install the speakers that I have outdoors

This is my first time buying a Denon receiver. The set up was easy. This receiver has 5 hdmi slots. I connected by mini projector to this receiver and the sound was perfect. I purchased this receiver for my super bowl party. I played my music thru Bluetooth on my receiver and it sounded great.

The set up and installation for the receiver was quick and easy. It kicks on automatically when the tv is turned on and goes off when the tv is off. It took some time to figure out the ARC settings but that was more on the TV side than the receiver. Good price for what you get.

I am pleased with the quality of the sound. The av remote works extremely well with the unit. However, the technician was unable to get the cable, roku, and dvd remotes to talk to the Denon remote.

This system was bought to replace an older ONKYO receiver. That old product was so hard to figure out. THIS ONE was so easy and worked like a champ!! Great product for the money if you have the wired speaker configuration.

I am very pleased with this receiver. It is basic but performs very well and is easy to set up. The included setup mic is a nice addition. My only complaint would be the lack of an included manual. The manual is available online however so it is not that big of a deal.

This receiver was chosen for its compatibility with wired speakers in conjunction with Sonos amps. It also has the ability to take sound from my streaming apps on the television to my speakers making the sound from the apps like Netflix much better.

This is a entry level receiver, I am satisfied with its cost performance. The wiring process is easy and the sound is rather good. One star was deducted because the sould volume balance between below 50db and above is too big.

You can’t go wrong with Denon and with multiple HDMI ports for the price, this was a great value. Bought it for a theater room and this is a great receiver .

One of the more powerful receivers for the money. Do not underestimate the power output on this unit, will definitely shock some people. While this is not a top of the line Denon, it will most certainly sound like one! Must buy for anyone shopping near the $300 range

This model DENON turns off automatically when you turn off the TV if you are using ARC HDMI connection. Turns standard stereo recording into surround speaker output. It has a max ouyput setting so you don't blow out your speakers when switching to a differt input.

Excellent movie theater sound.Never spend money in over-priced movie theaters again.This receiver gets it done when it comes to those movie nights.Also great for all sporting events,esp.football!

The receiver itself is great for what it is, however, I purchased this device to replace an older receiver that i used in my main room entertainment center. I replaced because we moved to a 4k TV and needed the 4K passthru. The receiver worked great after the first setup ... BUT , it seems to have an issue with syncing to the TV. I was told by the rep that it works perfectly with my Sony X900f ... But every time the TV gets an update, I must manually unplug the receiver and plug it back in to get it back syncing(turning on and off with the TV remote) .. this is a bit of a pain .. hopefully its a software issue thats soon to be fixed.

If you don’t need all the bells and whistles of higher end models, this is one you can’t go wrong with. Easy to hook up and get running. Has all the basic necessities a receiver should have, backed up with good sound.

Fantastic value for the money. Have this paired with an OLED, a 4K Apple TV and in wall speakers and passes the Dolby Vision through flawlessly with plenty of power. Never saw the need for anything beyond 5.1 in a surround system and this confirms it.
