The receiver makes our "smart" TV even smarter by giving us a lot of additional movies on Netflix, Disney+, Voodoo, etc. It also gives us a better picture and better sound.

I’ve been enjoying my Klipsch speakers for the past couple months. This model has more than enough sources for the average person. The remote is surprisingly good as well. Very simple setup and self calibrating system. The only hiccup I get from time to time is the Xbox One I use doesn’t display but then it pops back on. Additionally, I find the Bluetooth feature to be rather hit or miss with my iPad Pro. Last complaint is that the 1/4” headset jack is a bit fickle with some of my headphone cables. I think it is my cheaper connectors that give it that problem. Solid ones do not have that issue. Super satisfied. Very reasonable price point for a 5.1 system.

Upon upgrading old reviewer, I have found the updated Denin works well on blue tooth and smart tv. I recommend this recover for the price tag.

This receiver meets all our needs...nothing fancy, just a great product! The Geek Squad set everything up for us and it is easy to use!

My old receiver had stopped playing FM stereo, you had to switch it to mono to get any radio, and kept turning off the sound on DVDs, some kind of Gremlin in it I guess. I did some online research on the most reliable receivers and Denon kept popping up, so I looked for a 5.1, and soon learned the current ones were 5.2, so I ordered the AVR-S520BT. The guide helped me get everything I needed set up, including balancing the sound, and for the first time my center speaker isn't being drowned out by the left and right. My only problem is that I haven't figured out how to set presets for the radio channels I occasionally use.

Great receiver. I use it for sound in my theater system and the sound separation is perfect. It is perfection for the low price!

Nice entry level receiver for small room with small speakers. Nice features/capabilities at the price point. Wasn't quite what I was looking for so, I returned and upgraded.

Fantastic product. At first i was skeptical because i am not familiar with this brand but i can tell u that its equal or better from the known brands.

The receiver was great. However, I found a better deal so I had to return this. Other than that, I would have been very satisfied with this receiver.

I upgraded my 2013 Denon to the latest model. I really like the built in Blue Tooth for music. Very easy installation.

It was very easy to set up. Sounds great. I had a 1973 pioneer 828, that still works, but there is no remote control, so i had to get up every time i turned the channel.

i had others receivers like 7.2 ch this connected to 2 towers 3 satellites and a sub makes the living room feel like if you are in the movie.

I really like this receiver and the fact that it has Bluetooth, so I can listen to my music on my iPad and cell phone through my surround sound speakers.

I've always been a Denon fan. This unit is no different. The setup was pretty easy and I paired it with Klispch speakers and subwoofer. I am not disappointed.

I have to move in a house soon with a big yard and lots of space for the next home like a mile or 2, so I can turn this beast up like I've lost my mind lol. Def Jams all day!

Denon and Yamaha are two great receiver companies and can’t go wrong Goes great with my simple setup up downstairs with two bookshelf speakers and 8 inch Klipsch sub

Gets extremly loud and sound is crisp and clear. Have it paired with some in wall speakers and a powered sub. The auto tune featue works great.

Bought this to replace a older system and hdmi switch and I LOVE it!!!! Easy to set up and configure the speakers to get the optimum results.

I purchased this for my son when his 13 year old Onkyo finally died. Lowest price was my goal, and this did everything we needed it to do for his home theater and gaming system.
