Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this is my 1st Denon--my problem is I cant get it to work using my Media stick(Firestick) One time it worked-then it stopped working-I called Denon-the rep said to plug it in the Cable/Sat slot since im not hooked to any cable or Satellite provider--it worked once and now its not working. When I unplug the firestick and plug it directly into the 4k TV--it works. I go to my theater room in the basement and I plug the firestick into my Harman Kardon receiver--it works everytime---I have no choice but to return the Denon--please help

You will need to use HDMI inputs 3, 4 or 5. These inputs are 4K capable and HDCP 2.2 compliant. If the Firestick does not work in any of these HDMI inputs try a different HDMI device to make sure the inputs are functioning.

Good, basic receiver
