I have used Denon receivers many times in the past, but it his was the first time I bought this model. My client did not have a lot to spend, so I was a little worried based on the price. After installation and setup, we were both pleasantly surprised! Gigantic sound for a reasonable price!

Love using it through Bluetooth connection to phone for music while in pool or BBQing. We also connected our outdoor projector to it through the HDMI and enjoy watching movies with theater quality sound on the 150" screen while in the hot tub at night. Excellent A/V Receiver. Highly recommended.

Very affordable and solid Receiver

The remote is big and bulky like a 90's remote. You have to connect a monitor into the system to initially configure which is awkward and an unexpected pain. And you're pretty limited in regards to fine tuning the EQ without adding on an additional EQ externally.
