It works great. Only trouble I had was all the remote's I have. Some work well with the receiver and some don't. Just have too learn which ones work.

Very good value priced receiver. The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is because the tuning process with the included microphone was cumbersome. It took a couple times to work.

For the price, this amp is the bomb. I think my favorite part is the 5 port 4k hdmi switch. No more unplugging and plugging in devices. With a name like Denon, how can you go wrong.

Easy to install and use Does what it has to do. Mobile App could use some updates but overall very satisfied . Bought it in December and its still working like new.

for the price its a nice receiver. I've had Yamaha, onkyo, Sony and denon, only complaint is hook up to TV was kinda frustrating but after reconfiguration it works good .

My first Denon receiver and not my last. The 4 front input buttons allow to switch content without touching remote when up. The room self calibrating mic tines the room perfectly automatically.

ARC stops working intermittently. I'm using a Sony Bravia TV. Maybe there are some compatability issues. Not sure... I can recover ARC functionality by powering down all components, unplugging all HDMI connections, restoring power, and plugging everything back in but it's not reasonable to do this every 2-3 days. I plan to return/exchange and try something else.

Overall I like this receiver except tat it keeps losing HDMI video out every 6 months or so. I bought this unit to replace the Yamaha that died in 18 months but this time I bought a protection plan and I am very happy that did because this unit has lost HDMI video out twice in the last 14 months. It's great that it gets repaired free but it takes BB about 5 weeks to send it off to be worked on. The other reviews seem positive so maybe I just got a defective model.

we finally have a receiver that can communicate better with our new TV and sound system. Seems that our Old Dennon receiver was unable to pickup on current technology.

Wish I had gone with the next model up. Never had to turn a unit up to 60 before. I have klipsch speakers.

Bought this to replace an older model that had limited HDMI inputs and had developed some problems over the years. Setup was easy, and picture quality is better than with the older model.

I was skeptical at first. I was not familiar with the brand name. The audiophile in the store talked me into it, “more bang for the buck” is what sold me on it. I am not disappointed.

What a great improvement of my Home Theater system! Has great sound separation for 4K and upscaling is great improvement over standard DVD playback.

wish I had known you couldn't turn off some of the speakers. We have two outside, would have been nice to be able to turn them on and off separately.

I have a small 2-speaker Hi-Fi system and a LP record player. With the HDMI-ARC the Television turns on the receiver for me.

I wanted a spare room receiver at a low price. Having good luck with Denon in the past, I went with this $300 model. I first set it up in my living room. It lacks network connectivity and the sound quality is so so. It lacks the clarity and definition of higher priced models. There just isn’t much punch and I have $5K speakers. I moved it to the smaller room and find it adequate for that purpose. For about $100 more, my Yamaha TSR-700 blows it away. Even my wife noticed.

This denon is a replacement for the patio unit, quality is excellent and the Bluetooth is a nice feature
