It does not light up - impossible to use in the dark it have very limited flexibility. I do not recommend it.

Posted .We're very sorry that you had a poor experience with the entry level S540BT. Our higher end models have a Bluetooth Transmit feature that allows you to send audio via Bluetooth to a speaker or headphones. Our higher end models also use Audyssey software to calibrate the application. I would recommend our S650H model and higher for a much better experience.

Worked great when it wanted to

After following Denon's procedures for getting it back to normal (checking speaker wire, resetting to factory defaults), I've had no luck getting itnout of protect mode. I will be boxing it up and taking it back to Best Buy and will try my luck with a Yamaha.

Absolute garbage

Sent it in for repair and the problem was "not covered" so they offered to fix it for more than I paid for it. Stay away. Good experience with Best Buy, but horrible experience with Denon and United Radio (the authorized repair facility)

save your money

Demon support is no help. I feel completely saddled with an unusable product. Isn’t this what a warranty is for? I feel defeated with this and don’t want to spend even more money on another receiver. Unfortunately I had to buy a Samsung Soundbar A450 which doesn't give the best surround sound that I was looking for. Very disappointed.

Shabby expensive products suck

Nope. This shabby product was disappointing at best

I never could get the speakers to calibrate and in fact no sound from the rear speakers at all. Had to toss it in the recycling bin! Terrible instruction manual - one page. Do not waster your money!
