I had been looking at it for a month or so and researched it, even on Amazon (great reviews) Then Best Buy had it on sale, I was down there on Sunday morning which was a good thing because there was one left.

Note: I used an HDMI ARC cable and I have a Sony OLED TV.

Posted .Hello, and thank you for your feedback. The receiver's distortion levels are accurate to max volume of 98. Depending on the connected speakers, a volume level of 75 can be expected during reference volume levels. Adjustments can be made in the setup menu using the Test Tone feature. The subwoofer level control works much better than the Samsung reciever this is replacing. The audio delay control buttons right on the remote are extremely helpful to deal with lip sync issues that can occur on streaming services.

I would recommend banana plug for the speakers installation instead of direct friction clamp screws. If you're looking for something simple, this is the one to get.

It seems that I have only one option on a multi-channel device. If Geek Squad can correct the situation and get the device to work as I need it to--as my previous device did--then I will probably revise my grade to a 5 star; if not, I will lower my grade to 1 star.

Thank you for your purchase. Please note that the AVR-S570BT is a 5-channel receiver and does not have multi-zone capabilities. If you require multi-zone functionality, we recommend considering one of our 7-channel receivers that come with Zone 2.
