I am very unhappy with this purchase primarily because of the bass it produces. The bass sounds hollow and weak and resonates so much that it can drown out conversations on screen. I never had those problems with the Yamaha I had before.

If your TV has an HDMI input labeled ARC, connect the receiver's HDMI monitor out to the HDMI ARC input on the TV.
